The Chaining & Sequencing Blueprint : Master the art of crafting more complex behaviour

A 7-Day Advanced Mechanics Challenge with Jane Arden

Most trainers can teach behaviours.... Advanced trainers craft systems.

This 7-day challenge is designed to take you beyond isolated cues and into the mechanics of building fluent, tidy, strategic behaviour chains.

You’ll learn how to construct clean sequences, develop true single-cue chains, and merge behaviours for strength and proofing. You’ll explore reinforcement strategy, accuracy versus fluency, and how to maintain confidence while increasing complexity.

This is where mechanics matter.

You will explore...

Sequences vs Chains vs Merges : Understand the structural difference between individually cued behaviours, true single-cue chains, and simultaneous behaviour merges.
Default Behaviours : Build a reliable default position that tidies training, increases clarity, and improves action-distance behaviours.
Accuracy & Fluency : Learn how to assess repetitions properly, structure training in sets, and distinguish fluent behaviour from inconsistent accuracy.
Keep-Going Signals : Maintain confidence and duration within sequences while preventing breakdown.
Back Chaining : Start with the final behaviour to create powerful, motivated chains that reduce common errors.
Forward Chaining : Build structured sequences from the first behaviour with strategic cue fading.
Running Chains : Develop fluid multi-behaviour patterns and test separation to ensure reliability.
Merging Behaviours : Strengthen behaviours by combining them simultaneously for proofing and performance.

Who This Is For
